If firestar were Clanborn I think his clanmates would have accepted him sooner and would have voted him deputy. Long-time ear wouldn't be nicked, and Tigerstars anger towards him wouldn't be as strong, but would still exist because he seemed special. He also wouldn't get taunted at gatherings cough cough blackstar cough.
