X-men Evolution mistakes 

I very specifically remember wondering how they did the surgery in Grim Reminder. I think someone, somewhere brought up the idea of Kitty did it but that opens up a whole new can of worms. Looks like the old ice pick through the eye socket is the only way. And why would he be passed out? Anesthetic wouldn't work on him and it's doubtful he'd pass out from the pain when you consider how much of a beating he usually takes.
