There are no offical meanings to sociopath and psychopath. They are generally used interchangeably অথবা to indicate some specific personality type characteristic of conscienceless individuals. One type has no self-control, can't disguise their apathy, and is likely to end up in prison just after high school. The other type is আরো of a mastermind with extreme, deliberate control of their behavior, is coniving, and will likely become a successful business অথবা political leader. Both types completely lack empathy. Unfortunately, the terms are basically useless because there is no official distinction and their exact meaning is dependent on the context and the person using them. One psychologist I've read labelled them as psychopathy A and B, which is probably আরো effective communication than reliance on the subjective terms sociopathy and psychopathy.
