I think in Episode 3x09 i think it's the climb that Oliver will realize he can be the অনুষ্ঠান- অ্যারো and Oliver কুইন and be with Felicity and say something like i can some how be Oliver and অনুষ্ঠান- অ্যারো but will need time and help to be himself.
And hopeful that Oliver and Felicity will have a big EPIC চুম্বন in the 20 অথবা 21 Episode and then on the 22 episode have HOT EPIC OLICITY SEX SCENE.
And start becoming a couple in the season finale and carry on into season 4 to 5
