Dane's POV

"Oh really? They had to do that now?!" I whispered outraged, "What should I do though? I can't leave because of Aunt Lilly, and I can't go in because they are romancing and that is not a sight I want to see."
"Do আপনি hear that?" Winston ব্যক্ত as he got off of Eve.
"Hear what sweetheart?" Eve asked disappointed.
"That noise." Winston replied and started to walk to the entrance of the den. "Oh this is perfect." I ব্যক্ত to myself as Winston and Eve grew closer, "Oh better hide." I then ran out of the গুল্ম and back up to Winston's and Eve's den. Then ran to hug them.
"Hey Dane sweetheart." Eve ব্যক্ত hugging me back.
"We have no time guys!" I screamed, "We must hurry."
"What's wrong." Winston asked worry sweeping his face.
"Aunt Lilly, she has fainted."
"Hurry take me to her." Eve screamed.
They followed me back to Lilly's গর্ত and entered. "Is she alright Gavan?" I asked as we walked in. "I don't know, she hasn't moved." Gavan replied. Eve moved us out of the way. "Get out of here for a few minutes, while I check on her."
With that all three of us knew not to disappoint Grandmother Eve so we did as were were told and went outside the গর্ত to talk. "So why has your Aunt Lilly fainted?" Winston asked.
"Well, we came to her to ask her something...Well, ask uncle garth something, but when we got here she ব্যক্ত that Uncle Garth was out hunting and then I told her the news she just fell." Gavan ব্যক্ত putting his head down, "I caught her and told Dane to run after আপনি guys."
"Oh and that news is?"
"Jason and Anna are missing." I replied.
"What!" Winston yelled.
"HAY BE QUIET OUT THERE! DON'T MAKE ME RIP YOUR TAIL OFF!" Eve yelled from inside the den.
All three of us looked at the গর্ত horrified, and then turned to each other again. "What?" Winston asked in a low tone.
"Yeah, Anna has been gone since yesterday morning, she went to the Moonlight Howl Rock and we haven't seen her since. Then Jason headed there to check on her and he hasn't returned as well."
"Well....Did...you look for him?"
"That's what we are doing grandfather." I replied.
"Oh so আপনি came for Garth's help অথবা something?"
"Well, really, Lilly's and Uncle Garth's, but if it makes Uncle Garth feel better, yeah that's why." I answered.
"You two are just like your father."
"Yeah we know." We both replied together.
We soon finished with our conversation and it had been a well 10 মিনিট after Eve went in so we went in to check on Aunt Lilly.
"So how she doing?" I asked.
"She's fine, just unconscious." Eve ব্যক্ত as she turned around a disappointed look in her eyes, "One of আপনি will have to stay with her."
"But can't Uncle Garth stay with her?" I asked.
"Yes, but one of আপনি stay, and stop arguing with me."
"Fine," I replied, "Goodbye."
"Goodbye Dane and Gavan we প্রণয় you." Winston said.
"I প্রণয় আপনি too." I replied. "I প্রণয় আপনি too." Gavan ব্যক্ত as Winston and Eve were leaving.
"1...2...3 not it!" Gavan yelled laughing and starting to leave the den.
"You little son of a bitch."

"I প্রণয় আপনি too." I ব্যক্ত as I sighed and laid there and waited for Uncle Garth.
Kate's POV

I awoke to Humphrey laying his paw across me. I looked at my mate and smiled. I had forgotten how cute he looks when he sleeps. I sighed and breathed in some morning air and hesitantly nudged Humphrey's nose. "Humphrey, Humphrey...Time to get up!" "Huh...what?" Humphrey ব্যক্ত jerking up. I giggled and looked in his blue eyes and said, "It's time to get up sleepy head." We rubbed our noses together then turned to Jason asleep on the floor of the den.
"Should we wake him?" I asked.
"No let him sleep." Humphrey replied, "I'll go in খুঁজুন of food."
"Okay be careful." I replied, "I will...I প্রণয় আপনি Kate."
"I প্রণয় আপনি too Humphrey."
I watched as Humphrey ran out and into the woods for some food. I laid down and thought about the trip to Idaho, Jason, the times with the pups. I laid there looking at Jason, wondering how much better life would've been if I'd been there for him. How must he hate me. I was never there. I started to cry and cry, and after a while I was lying in a pool of tears.
"Oh I প্রণয় আপনি Jason." She ব্যক্ত looking at him and starting to close her eyes, "I প্রণয় আপনি so much." She then, fell asleep.

The sun had just begun to rise in Jasper. Humphrey was up bright and early giving thanks to God. He prayed for all of the birds, trees, fish, carribou, and pack members. It was part of Humphrey's daily routine. Joining him দ্বারা his side was his two sons Stinky and Runt. They both prayed along side him and talked to their dad about how much they loved Jusus. Everything was alright in the world. As long as Humphrey and his sons prayed nothing would ever go wrong.
