Early the পরবর্তি morning, Anders awoke to Faith sleeping peacefully পরবর্তি to him. He happily snuggled up to her. He loved the warmth that it brought. He continued to snuggle until he remembered something that made him cold as ice. Today was the দিন that he would have to go off and look for his three brothers.

He slowly got to his feet and watched his প্রণয় sleep. "Why did this have to happen?" He thought.

"Faith," Anders nudged her softly on the cheek, "Faith...Time to wake up." Faith slowly opened her eyes and yawned.

"Good morning my little alpha, did আপনি sleep well?"

"Of course Faith, I always sleep well with আপনি পরবর্তি to me." Anders ব্যক্ত as he licked Faith's cheek.

Faith blushed, and to avoid letting Anders see her blushing se stretched to hide her face, "So...uh...What do আপনি want to do today?"

Anders only looked sadly at Faith and then she realized what today meant.

"Oh....Right...I guess I just thought it was a bad dream অথবা something."

"I wish it was." ANders ব্যক্ত as he nuzzled her, "Well.........I guess I better go meet with my parents."

Faith nodded and followed him as they went to the meeting area. Kate, Humphrey and some of the other leaders were waiting for them.

"Are আপনি ready Anders?" Kate asked him with concern.

"I'm ready mom."

She looked dead in his eye and smiled. "Well...um...right... when Zane left we think he went to the west. We don't know exactly where the other two went but..."

"I'll find them mom." Anders ব্যক্ত confidently.

"Umm ok...You sure আপনি can do this?"

Anders hugged his mother. "I'll be alright mom. DOn't worry about me." Kate held back her tears, she couldn't stand seeing her last son leave but she didn't want Anders to see her cry again.

"Good luck Anders, I প্রণয় you."

"I প্রণয় আপনি too mom."

Anders walked over to Humphrey next.

"I'm sure you'll keep mom and Faith safe?"

Humphrey put his paw on Anders' shoulder, "I'll protect them with my life, son."

Anders hugged his dad, "I প্রণয় আপনি dad."

"I প্রণয় আপনি too son."

Anders then walked over to Faith and rubbed noses with her.

"Remember your promise Anders."

"How could I forget?"

"I প্রণয় আপনি Anders."

"I প্রণয় আপনি too Faith."

Anders turned from them and looked to the west. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He thought of everything that he was going to fight for now...what he needed to fight for. He opened his eyes and began to run. The hunt has begun and nothing was going to stand in his way, not even his own brothers.
