Its almost impossible to kill Aizen, unless you are talking about when he was a captain its an easy win for him

Aizen definitely I mean he nearly killed heard captain Yamamoto. Ichigo had to push himself to the very end to defeat Aizen (taking the risk of losing his powers).Lastly i don't think i've seen enough of Doflamngo's powers.

Doflamingo would be able to control Aizen, so power would be irrelevant. Besides, there's no way that Doflamingo would be stupid enough to fall into one of Aizen's traps. Aizen is severely average.
