আপনি sort of can. আপনি can either use the new দেওয়াল on your পরিলেখ page to 'update your status', অথবা আপনি can use the area for text underneath your ব্যবহারকারী নাম (on your পরিলেখ page). To put text there, just go to your পরিলেখ page, click on 'Edit profile', go to section 2 (Fun stuff about you) and update your status in the section called 'My Motto'. Click জমা করুন and your new motto/status will appear in your পরিলেখ page.
আপনি can also update your status in the meebo bar (at the bottom of আপনি page), when আপনি click on 'live updates'. So plenty of options!
