I'm wondering if any users can give a logical explanation as to why the উত্তর category feature is still being used to ask প্রশ্ন that really belong in a pick অথবা ক্যুইজ category? I'm sure someone must have some idea seeing as so many users do this!

Some people don't care. Some people might mistake "Answers is where আপনি can ask other অনুরাগী for help with প্রশ্ন that আপনি need উত্তর to." for something similar along the lines of asking a general poll-related প্রশ্ন such as "Who is your পছন্দ character?" Their logic would be that that প্রশ্ন is something they need an answer to. Some might see it as another way to just জমা করুন আরো content, অথবা get আরো মতামত no matter how relevant it is. Others might not even know anything about a proper etiquette for these things. How many times is 'How do I get a medal?' STILL asked?!

i think the entry requirements should be anyone who can FAULT the maths board, on the image, should Not be allowed to join, অথবা those who use their fingers to check it out.

I think that some users dont understands it and they dont read the instructions properly. They maybe just think about post things so they can get a medal অথবা a prop.
