I was thinking about the উত্তর feature, how it's so much আরো used than the forums. The point of the উত্তর was to ask for help on something to do with what you're a অনুরাগী of, but it's also being used to discuss things like "What's the best Simpsons Character" অথবা "Disney should make 2D কার্টুন again", something like that. That's what the ফোরাম are made for, but most of these kind of প্রশ্ন are used in the "answer" section anyway. The real ফোরাম are hardly used now. Nearly everywhere I look, the last reply to a ফোরাম was 1 বছর ago.
Althought I can understand why these প্রশ্ন are in the উত্তর section. The প্রশ্ন are easier to notice and আপনি can vote for what the best answer is.
So I was thinking, why not just make the উত্তর the new forums? Get rid of the old forum. That way, আপনি can post whatever আপনি want, there's 1 less section to worry about where to ask, the প্রশ্ন are আরো likely to be answered and there's no/less rule breaking.
