In the beginning Derek totally was winning but by the end I say McSteamy got the best of McDreamy, it doesn't really matter though they shouldn't have been fighting. I hated that scene.

They both seemed to come out of it pretty badly with hurt hands and battered faces!

It was a very close match and they both had some pretty hard punches...

Mcsteamy killed him. Mark had like a few scratches but Derek's whole face was messed up. w.e they both looked hot as hell fighting.
