I hated her...I honestly truly hated her! But I didn't like the older Ellis either so I couldn't pick!
That woman was so heartless towards her kid and her marriage and she was the reason for richard's downfall! She lured him into drinking, she persuaded him to keep their affair going even though he tried to put an end to it, and he made it clear that he wasn't going to leave Adele for her, but she replies with We'll see! I mean yeah Richard wasn't all that innocent either, he should have had a little more self restraint, but I really don't like Ellis, not the young one, not the old!

i do agree with othobsessed92, but also i hated older Ellis much more...

I thought it was a strange twist that Ellis was portrayed as the person who ruined Richard, I mean we knew she was ambitious and chose her career over Meridith but I always thought that the decisions Richard and she made were more mutual. I suppose we are used to seeing Richard as a strong person.

Well... I don't love Ellis, but I think she's a great character. With out her we wouldn't have our dark and twisted Meredith

I don't think we're supposed to like her, but she is/was a very interesting character. Younger Ellis told us so much about Richard and all that stuff.

I hated the old Ellis so, so much. I guess the younger one was fine...
