A Pink\'s goddess Na-Eun shares tips for healthy skin and body in \'Sure\'

Girl group member Na-Eun of A Pink, known for her goddess-like beauty, shared some tips for glowing skin and maintaining a healthy physique. 

Sure\' fashion magazine, the idol recommended sodium-free foods if completely changing one\'s diet is a too challenging a mission. She claimed, "You don\'t gain much [weight], and the results are good. When I get hunger pains I drink tomato juice which keeps my appetite at bay. Before a comeback, I replace my breakfast and dinner meals with detoxing juices." 

As for a hale and appealing body, Na-Eun is an proponent of exercise, particularly squats. She explains, "When overseas activities prevents me from regularly visiting the gym, I still do squats at home. I do five sets of twenty daily, which works out not only my legs but also my entire body. I even rid of the cellulite on my buttocks which I thought would never go away." The upkeep for being a female idol sure does sound hard! I don\'t think I can ever say bye-bye to those carbs.

why would we bother it?? is there any korean medias who make this as a big issues and reported this?? as long as she and her parents happy then its okay.. the only job for fans is supporting their idols whatever they do and we are also called as fans for their musics, not faces.. duh -.- fans these days, always makes the ps as a big thing.. you know, in korea if you did double eyelid or change your nose it is only small things and it is like you are wearing makeup... for naeun\'s case she only uses fillers which is not considerate as ps..
