i would have done the same thing. Don't worry about handling it in a different way. Ignore what others say about who আপনি picked. Feel proud that আপনি picked him and didn't want to be embarrassed. MJ probably didn't want to be embarrassed if he had to do this, too. Trust me.

Sweetie I know exactly how আপনি feel, that happened to me once. My বন্ধু knew I was crazy about MJ and they kept telling me to pick someone else. They kept bullying me about it to the point where I almost did, but I followed my হৃদয় and still chose Michael over my বন্ধু and I was the only one in my class to get a perfect grade on my singer. So I know it's hard, but it'll win out in the end trust me.

I understand what you're going through. I've been a অনুরাগী of Michael since I was a baby & I've dealt with people saying things to me about it. But I never hid my প্রণয় for MJ & আপনি shouldn't either. Be YOU, like who আপনি like! Be proud to be an MJ অনুরাগী & প্রদর্শনী off that report! Like the person above me said, do it for you, not them :)

Hey, if your বন্ধু have a problem with আপনি liking MJ, then আপনি got some really screwed up friends(No offense)! People think I'm weird too, but Hey, my বন্ধু accepted me when no one else would. They don't care if I like someone they don't. They say I'm funny and so cool. I got new বন্ধু this year(my 8th grade year) because they got to know me. Now my new বন্ধু say "She's not weird! She's actually pretty cool!"
Don't worry sweetie. I'm in the exact same place as you. But guess what? We have a really good future ahead of us. And we shall let no one get in the way of that. We have an excellent role model, Michael, who's অ্যাঞ্জেল will help us all along the way. Don't listen to what people say because they're just jealous! We(you, and I, and all the girls who are our age and in the same situation) will be proud of ourselves some দিন for embracing MJ all through the way. So don't care what people say. আপনি keep on doing what আপনি are doing and you'll be just fine!
