Lloyd's of লন্ডন has gone to court ... asking a judge to let the company off the financial hook, claiming it doesn't owe the Michael Jackson Estate $17.5 million on grounds MJ was a fraud.



The company issued the muilti-million dollar policy to cover the doomed "This Is It" tour for losses.

But Lloyd's claims it doesn't have to honor the policy for 2 primary reasons:

1. Michael Jackson and AEG allegedly lied about Michael's medical history -- specifically, MJ ব্যক্ত he had not seen a doctor other than a cosmetic MD since June, 2005.

2. Michael did not disclose he was taking prescription drugs prior to and at the time of his death -- including Propofol.

Lloyd's is asking the court for a declaration that the policy is null and void as a result of the alleged fraud.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "This legal action is nothing আরো than an insurance company trying to avoid paying a legitimate claim দ্বারা the insured."

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ অনুরাগী plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.



A rep for Justice4MJ -- the অনুরাগী group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson অনুরাগী plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

We're told when the hearing ends ... the protesters plan to march from the courthouse -- then quickly বিভক্ত করা for the overpasses as Murray makes his exit. They will bid Dr. Murray adieu as he drives off -- probably not in the friendliest of ways.

But we're guessing the protest is the least of Dr. Murray's worries.

Michael's name has the exact letters to describe him. He had the sweetest voice for such a young child and the smoothest dance moves. We would have talent shows at our school অথবা community recreation center, and there would always be a number of us who wanted to portray Michael and the Jackson five.

As he and we grew older we still enjoyed his sounds and performances. No one makes all perfect decisions in their lives. As with many a great artist he had some ups and downs. But through it all, his musical talents have been phenomenal genius.

MZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray will go about his normal business -- seeing patients -- on the anniversary of Michael Jackson's death.


We're told Murray will not visit MJ's mausoleum Friday, because it will cause a scene. He will, we're told, pay his respects around that time, when no one is there.

Miranda Sevcik, the PR rep for Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, tells TMZ, "Dr. Murray will be mourning privately. He doesn't want to distract people দ্বারা reminding them of Michael's death. He'd rather people remember his friend, Michael Jackson, as he was in life

Dr. Conrad Murray had requested lifesaving equipment and back-up help for Michael Jackson from the promoter of the লন্ডন concerts -- AEG -- but the company never came through, according to a new complaint filed দ্বারা Joe Jackson.


TMZ broke the story -- Joe was gunning for AEG দ্বারা filing complaints with the California Medical Board and another agency, alleging the সঙ্গীতানুষ্ঠান promoter abused Jackson in a way that led to his death -- and he's just filed with the Medical Board.

Joe claims days before Jackson's death Murray had requested a হৃদয় resuscitation machine and a nurse in several e-mails making the request, but AEG never provided it.

According to the complaint, Joe is accusing AEG of co-opting Murray's medical judgment দ্বারা enticing him with a huge salary -- in effect engaging in the "unlawful practice of corporate medicine."

Besides the CPR machine, Murray also asked for saline, catheters, needles and a gurney.

AEG and Murray had no comment.
