How do I get songs to fade in and out from one to the পরবর্তি on my iPod nano 5th gen?

Is it even possible? I managed to change the settings of my iTunes so at the end of every song, the intro of the পরবর্তি song already fades in. Could I put that on my iPod to in some way? Thanks!
