Is it true Meebo is shutting down today?

I heard from one of my বন্ধু that it was shutting down

They ব্যক্ত they got a message অথবা something from meebo.

I didn't get a message and I don't know if this is actually gonna happen

Can someone tell me if this is real অথবা just a rumor
