I think that kiss was an accident. They were still kids that time u know and furthermore, naruto and sasuke didn't have that much interaction even before that kiss. Let's just say, that after that 'accidental kiss', they can't help but think of each other. In a romantic way, of course. That's the only logical explanation there is.
