I believe that Kaley Cuoco is the one that does Howard's mother character. One episode a few of them were imitating the mother and "Penny" was the one that nailed it.
She has appeared as a corpse in howard's fantasy, but other than that, it's just her voice, which i think is done দ্বারা the actress that plays Bernadette, because she did an impression in one episode, and i couldnt tell the difference.
No i didnt see Howard`s mom in any of the shows. I think they won`t প্রদর্শনী her. But I do think they will প্রদর্শনী her in the last প্রদর্শনী of Big Bang.

Bernadette does a great impression of Howard's mother, but it's not her. Bernadette is played দ্বারা Melissa Rauch and Mrs Wolowitz is voiced দ্বারা Carol Ann Susi (as User20392 পোষ্ট হয়েছে further up thread)
Although we have never seen Mrs. Wolowitz, her photograpgh is in the wall. I don't remember the number of episode, but It's when Howard introducer Bernadette and she, Mrs. Wolowitz is in the toilette. But, there is one episode when Howard is in front of the kotchen door and Mrs. Wolowitz passes, without প্রদর্শিত হচ্ছে her face, from one side of the রান্নাঘর to the other, from right side of the screen to the left one, and I remember she's black headed.
