I remember visiting this website once...
It was called Gorilla Grodd Confirmed To Appear On The Flash | Comicbook.com
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Buzzfeed, DC Entertainment\'s Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns said a lot of pretty interesting things -- but a fairly small one stuck out as being worth calling attention to.
on The CW, Johns said, "We want to inspire people with this stuff. And we want to get it out there. Like, I can’t believe Gorilla Grodd’s gonna be in a
TV show. That’s insane. Like, I say it out loud and I still think it’s insane. But that’s what we want to do; we want to break new ground."
While the existence of Grodd in-universe was established with the pilot and various people connected to the show have answered questions about that moment with things like "We don\'t tease for nothing," Johns\'s comment is -- unless we\'re mistaken -- the first official, direct comment that says without qualification, "Gorilla Grodd is going to be on television."
It will be the character\'s first live-action appearance, although he\'s appeared in numerous animated projects, both on TV and in direct-to-video feature films.

Cools, the vfx on this show have been outstanding for a weekly series.
Awesome. I hope he\'s used as a season long mastermind ala Deathstroke.
So... have to wonder about the limits of the VFX of doing full gorilla versus a more "Planet of the Apes" style anthropomorphic Grodd. Not sure which would be better.
Trying to make him very animalistic would mean either risking the FX failing or putting him in a reduced role, maybe keeping him as chess master versus physical enemy (which would be a shame, since him being brains AND brawn is a big part of his character).
Making him more human-like would give him more usability on a week to week basis, but would also change the character drastically. Though his history of trying to turn EVERYONE into gorillas might be more feasible with this idea.
"We don\'t tease for nothing,"If that is so, then the TV and Cinematic Universe co-exist.(see the last few minutes of The Flash pilot to get my meaning)
Also, Green Lantern will exist in the Arrowverse. They seem to go out of their way to get a Coast City or Ferris Air reference into Arrow or Flash every week.
