Ryan will stay but it will just have him sitting nice & cozy in his corprate office.

I don't think they'd replace him. But Angela does seem to get more scenes than he does.

Ryan barely appears in some episodes. I personally think they should replace his shot with a shot of Jim and Pam making out.

I don't really think that they will, but if they did I don't think they would replace him with another person.

Anglea is a big part of the show,
I think she should be in it

Personally I think mostly that every character is equal in the part of the show so it's hard to say...but Toby deserves it because I thought he's a writer for the show...he played more funny parts in the season (imo) so he deserves it!
