Aspects of New Moon Movie May Differ Hugely from Novel 

I wouldn't be worried. This magazine, Life & Style magazine spread rumors like none other. He does propose to Bella, and they have the chapter TRUTH in the movie. Nothing you need to worry about.

^^the script was the first draft. they made changes to it. and it was officially said that they did the proposal scene
