No she's not! I don't understand why people hate her so much... Did she make bad choices? Sure. Did she betray her friends? No doubt. But it was the wrong choices she made that lead her to the right ones. A person is not truly living until they make mistakes in their lives. It's Terra's imperfection that makes her an amazing character.
