Does she smoke? It could be due to that so laying off the smokes for a দিন অথবা two won't do any harm, অথবা changing to a new brand with less tar in it would do her the world of good.
Does she have these pains often? Has she been on any medication recently for another problem that could be causing this? It could be a side-effect so check the instructions on the packet and call her doctor.
If the chest pains get any worse, she suffers to take a breath অথবা her lips turn blue, then i'd give her two aspirin with water, not paracetamol অথবা anything of that ASPIRIN!! and call 999 (991) for an অ্যাম্বুলেন্স as she could be having a হৃদয় attack. The aspirin will thin her blood making it easier for it to go around her body which will delay a full blown হৃদয় attack, but only temporarily.
It could also be a stroke -
F- Face, has her face slipped to one side?
A - Can she lift her arms above her head অথবা does she have pains in her arms (particularly the left one)
S - Can she speak clearly, অথবা does she slur and miss-pronounce things?
T - Time to call an ambulance.
But like i ব্যক্ত at the beginning it could be something as trivial as a pulled muscle.
I'd run her a bath, get her some water and a few painkillers and see how it goes. If the pain continues but does not worsen, get her an appointment at the doctors to get it checked out. If the pain worsens and she gasps for breath অথবা has any of the symptoms of a stroke, get an ambulance.
