help in friendship...

so i was in ফেসবুক and this person uploaded a disgusting picture and it was on my profile,I put my opinion and ব্যক্ত that I dislike the picture and everyone has the right to express what they feel right?and this person is a friend of my friend,I feel worried because my friend might find out about my argument with her other friend and she'll probably never talk to me again.
(note I have asperger's syndrome)
