Do not take any of my উপদেশ completely as I have no experience like this. I'm not sure how this guy is living in your house, but I do suggest asking your parents how they feel about him. They may not feel he's serious and they might have him living with আপনি for other reasons. I don't know. I would ask that your parents remove knives and other sharp objects from the house. আপনি can even have them locked up if they're essential for the house. If he is younger than আপনি and is threatening people, than take that threat away. Also, I would try not to react to him. Then again, this might cause him to further push you. It might help to talk to an adult that can talk to him. Perhaps he needs someone to make him earn their respect.

Even without a license আপনি can get out of the house. If আপনি don't have your permit, go in for an ID card. That's what I did. It will allow আপনি to get a job. Then when your ready, a permit won't be too hard to get. Once আপনি have a job, আপনি can save up money and find a driving school to attend. Prices shouldn't be too bad and I've heard আপনি can get a discount on your insurance if আপনি get lessons. Good luck and don't be afraid to reach out.

If আপনি have a guidance counselor at school,talk to him/her about it.They will most likely do something about it.Trust me.If they don't,the school system is dumb.
