How do I get my বন্ধু out of their apartments?

Recently 2 of my old classmates moved into the same apartment complex as me and I was hoping that this meant that we could start hanging out a bit more, but this has not happened and all of my attempts are either brushed away অথবা they have excuses to not do anything.

The big problem is that we live in a tiny town that has basically nothing for us to do so our options are somewhat limited but I don't think that SHOULD be since we could just meet and hang out at each others apartments.

Anyway I would appreciate any and all উপদেশ I can get....
