This icon has been here for so long, it's what I associate with Alanis. Plus, it matches the banner, which I like.

That forum has been open for 6 days (and it seems you only gave people 5 days to contribute) and you didn't advertise it. Forums do not appear in updates and you need to give people more time.

Here's what I do: post a poll link. The poll shows up in people's updates and allows them to demonstrate their level of interest.

Alternatively, post a link to the spot look forum you create.
