Is the setting from season 5's বড়দিন special in stan's personal heaven?

I just watched the বড়দিন special of the 5th season on dvd.. stan and the other characters went up to heaven on that episode right?? so is the setting of american dad from that episode until today is in stan's personal heaven?? অথবা did they return to their status quo??
