i have always wondered if ভ্যাম্পায়ার can enter rented অথবা leased property? i mean if someone rents does that still make it their house.

The প্রথমপাতা owner does not have to be the one inviting a vamp in... it could be any human. As long as it's private property then they have to be invited in... a rented প্রথমপাতা is private property; it's not a public মহাকাশ where all are welcome. So I don't think it matters if the person owns the house অথবা not... because it doesn't have to be the owner doing the inviting.

I think they can enter if they have the landlord's permission.

We've seen examples of people inviting ভ্যাম্পায়ার in when they live in the house but don't own it. Buffy invited both অ্যাঞ্জেল and Spike into her প্রথমপাতা but it would have been her mother who owned it. Similarly, she could invite অ্যাঞ্জেল into her dorm room which I'm pretty sure would be rented. So I suppose the tenant's invite is the one which counts
