As some of আপনি know and thank আপনি for being so kind to reach out to me and speaking to me, though I work in the medical field now I am a culinary school graduate and worked for over a decade in the culinary arts field. Have always been very interested in the foods of Avatar, though they are rarely mentioned. As such, based on seeing them and the brief mention some খাবার are given, thought I would open up a discussion about the খাবার and recipes from ATLA and LoK. Want to share my recipes. All of the recipes I'll share have been tested দ্বারা me yes? Please enjoy.
আগুন Flakes
Inspiration: The Deserter
These give a solid one two মুষ্ট্যাঘাত of sweet and spicy.
1 .lb unsweetened ভূট্টা flakes অথবা bran flakes
1 cup honey
3 tbs crushed red pepper flakes
Over medium-low heat, cook the honey to a gentle boil. Remove from the heat. Add the ভূট্টা flakes and stir gently to thoroughly কোট the flakes. Spread out on a lightly greased sheet pan and allow to cool. Once cooled, gently break up the flakes until they are no longer clumped together. Place in a large bowl, add the red pepper flakes, and toss lightly. Enjoy whilst watching ATLA.

Five-Flavor Soup
Inspiration: The Puppetmaster
1 small ginger stem, sliced thin
3 1/2 cups মাছ stock
2 Tbs মাছ sauce
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/2 pound raw চিংড়ি tail on
7 oz cod অথবা other firm white মাছ cut into cubes
4 spring onions, chopped
handful of coriander leaves
handful of mint leaves, torn
pinch of salt
In a কাজের জায়গায় অথবা large pot heat the মাছ sauce. Add the garlic and cook for one minute, then add the মাছ stock. Bring to a gentle boil and let it cook for five মিনিট before adding all of the remaining ingredients except the spring onions. Simmer gently for seven minutes. Distribute evenly among bowls, and শীর্ষ each bowl with some of the spring onion. Serve piping hot
Unfortunately I don't have any recipes for any Air Nomad food, as I've not seen any aside from Gyatso's cakes. I will certainly experiment though and see if I can devise something that would be acceptable.

Song Family Roast Duck
Inspiration: The Cave of Two Lovers
For the Sauce
3 cups dry sherry
2 cups dark soy sauce
1 cup light soy sauce
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
4 sticks of cinnamon
For the Duck
1 8-10 pound duck
1 head garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper.
Preheat চুলা to 350 degrees.
Bring all of the sauce ingredients together in a কড়া অথবা stockpot and bring to the boil, then turn the heat down and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Rub the হাঁস inside and out with the salt. Place the garlic inside of the body cavity. Roast the হাঁস for 20 মিনিট per pound. Let the হাঁস rest for ten minutes, then pour the sauce over it. Serve with ধান প্যানকেকস অথবা noodles and সুপ for a complete meal.
For your eating pleasure: Egg Custard.
Inspiration: The Great Divide
2 cups milk
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1 pinch Kosher salt
1 dash vanilla extract
Eat the চুলা to 350 degrees. Whisk all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Divide the custard mix between six ramekins অথবা one large bowl. Place those into a baking dish filled halfway up with water. Bake for 1 hour, cool, and serve chilled অথবা (best) at room temperature.

Yue awoke the পরবর্তি দিন to the sun shining through the windows. Today was going to be great. The sun came out and today zuko got out of the healers. She got dressed and her and zuko went to breakfest but something was different about zuko. she couldnt put her finger on it. then hours later, when she sat alone in her room with her artic শিয়াল it hit her! Zuko's scar! where was it?! As she thought, of the complication her eyesight fell black and her hearing blacked out. Then she fell unconsiously. She awoke to find herself in the healers hospital. Still shocked of the thought, she began to read her notes. As she read the writers she read zuko, and everyone else but on the last one it ব্যক্ত . . . hon?!
Ok this is after the war and Aang,Katara,Toph,Sokka,and Zuko, are all বন্ধু Zuko regained his সিংহাসন as new আগুন lord and Aang isn't treated as a god now got it ok good

I just had to put her on this তালিকা because she's really super pretty. For someone who doesn't care about looks she sure looks pretty. She has such pretty messy black hair. Her skin tone really compliments her hair color. Her eyes actually look lovely, even though they're the color of blind....

So this is my opinion on who are the most beautiful girls in Avatar: Last Airbender, which is my favourite Tv প্রদর্শনী ever; I just think the characters and the storyline, and art, is absolutely spectacular. This is a তালিকা of the শীর্ষ ten most beautiful, in my opinion, ranking them in order of how beautiful they actually are. It may seem silly that I am ranking cartoon characters in how beautiful they are, but I just had the great desire to do this, because truthfully I had nothing else to actually do, and found it interesting to post my opinion of the most beautiful female characters of my favourite show, and such, and I was also inspired দ্বারা another user to actually do this. So I believe I have gotten rather a bit off topic, and therefore I suppose we should now get onto the list:
No.10: Jin. I've got to admit Jin is rather pretty, but she sadly doesn't seem to be able to surpass the other girls in beauty. I find her appearance to be far too goofy, her hairstyle messy and unrefined, however she does have rather beautiful green eye,
No.9: Young Hama. I think Hama was quite pretty when she was young, (she only became ugly when she got old); when young she had: pretty eyes, pale and rather flawless skin, and such..
No. 8: Young Ta Min. She became Roku's wife, and I've got to admit she was quite beautiful when she was young; having such lush skin, but however she does appear to have a sort of mark bellow the eye, delicate grey eye, long lustrous hair, and such.
No. 7: Ty Lee. I know she is rather pretty, however I do not think she is very much so; her face I find is far to squashed and baby-ish, her eyes far too big for her face, but she does still have flawless, lush skin, and a rather sexy body.
No. 6: Song. Song is a rather beautifully cute girl; having perfect pale skin, big grey eyes, with lustrous brown hair, and such a nice dress. The only mare of her beauty is however a bad, burnt scar on her leg, but I doubt that is much.
No. 5: Mai. Some people may find her rather plain, but I think her face is rather pretty, having a sharp delicacy to it, her skin flawlessly pale and lush, her hair unique and long, and such; her movements are so graceful and tranquil.
No. 4: Suki. She is rather beautiful, with such perfect and slightly tanned skin; having eyes like a dark ocean; with plump pink/light-red lips; her hair so wavy and clean.
No. 3: Princess Yue. She is a young beauty, with such lovely, lustrous and delicate white hair, her eyes like the light sky, with lips a plump pink; her skin a tanned and flawless. A gem of the Northern Watertribe
No. 2: Katara. You maybe surprised she isn't No. 1. Anyway Katara is very beautiful; her eyes so large and like a warm ocean; her hair long and silky; her skin so flawless and tanned; her cuteness. In my opinion she's been beat to 1 by just a hair.
No. 1: Princess Azula. She is a very beautiful Azure star, glowing above the rest, a true diamond of the Fire nation; her eyes like pools of molten gold; her skin so perfect and lush; her lips such a vibrant crimson; not a strand out of place.
