Now that আপনি have Photoshop, we can get started.
First আপনি need to click File--->New---> width 800, height 100 pixels. Then আপনি click Ok and আপনি have a background.

Now আপনি click File--->Open and আপনি select a ছবি আপনি want to open. Then আপনি crop and resize it. I usually choose 110 অথবা 120 height. Now right click on little window and সরানো to new window. Now your image is in new window and আপনি need to drag it to your banner. Then আপনি use a little অনুষ্ঠান- অ্যারো from the panel on the left and সরানো your image where আপনি want it.

PNG is a strategically cropped layer. আপনি can use it for your icons, banners, যেভাবে খুশী অনুরাগী art... আপনি can make your own PNG অথবা download one.
