Oricon will no longer count overseas orders from hmv, yesasia, cdjapan etc. as they wanted to keep the figures relevant for domestic purchases only.

Please purchase B.A.P\'s new Japanese Single "Excuse Me" from your local blogshops as they will usually get a Japanese supplier to buy it in Japan and ship it to them. Alternatively if you know someone in Japan who can buy it from the local stores (that report to oricon) and ship the CD out to you, that will be another option to support B.A.P!

Another suggested option is to use Japanese Deputy services / forwarders like:

If you have no way to buy locally or ask a Japanese friend to buy for you, please buy the CD on Yesasia, HMV or CDJapan to at least help B.A.P to keep producing music!

September 7（Sunday）Kanto area (Extra release event same day as Kansai event)

An extra event for those who could not use their special tickets at Tokyo Diver City "No Mercy" Event April 6th will be held on the same day as the "Excuse Me" event for the Kanto (likely Tokyo) area. The date and times have no been announced, but there will be an extra Special Goods Handout on the same day as the "Excuse Me" Special goods handout day.

①You will need your April 6th "No Mercy" special member cards (these have no date on them though, so whatever special cards with member picture that you have, as pictured below)

② You will also need the ticket with the random seating number you pulled out of the box at the Tokyo Release event April 6th (this DOES have the date printed on it, it seems you CANNOT use the ticket from other events, ONLY the Tokyo "No Mercy" release event, not Osaka or Nagoya)

③ Lastly, you will need a form which will be provided at a later date

　※ONLY Those who have ①②③ (all of the above) will be eligible for participation in the Extra Event. 　　

＜CAUTIONS＞ ※This event is NOT a mini live or talk event, only a goods handout.

※You can only use ONE No Mercy Special Member card to see THAT ONE MEMBER for this extra event. You can hand the other special No Mercy tickets you may have to staff for special goods.

※It seems that you CANNOT participate both in the "EXCUSE ME" release event AND This extra event, so you will have to choose which event to go to if you will be attending this day in the Kanto area.

During their last Japanese concert on June 22 in Chiba, B.A.P announced the release of their 4th Japanese single "Excuse Me" on September 3, 2014. No album cover available yet. There will be 3 versions

Thanks for the info. But shouldn't the DVD for ver A contain the Japanese ver of "Excuse Me" rather than "No Mercy"?
