Why did Steve and Kelly break up?

I think Kelly ended up out growing his immaturity - and i think the story ends up changing as the season progress... the lack of consistancy throughout the প্রদর্শনী is astonishing.

I belive that Kelly out grew Steves immaturaty she grew up and he didnt.

I believe they broke up because Steve was a drinker and that Kelly didn't like the way he behaved when he was drunk.

In the episode "Here We Go Again", it shows the break up and explains in detail why and what happened before and after the break up.

Steve didn't treat Kelly right when they dated and I don't think they had much chemistry at all

Simple. They had to make Kelly available to hook up with Dylan and then later, Brandon.
