Personally both Mayuri and Szayel are tied. Both Have Zanpakuto's that প্রদর্শনী mental instability and are obsessed with figuring everything out. Kenpachi is a battle loving adrenaline junkie.
No doubt in my mind it's Mayuri. The man's twisted beyond belief. Imagine, putting a person through the nearly endless torment of watching himself die in agony over the span of 10's to 100's of thousands of years. Now that's a way to end a fight.

Kenpachi is twisted for fighting, Mayuri is twisted for experiments and Szayel is twisted for being a perfectionist. They all are twisted in their own way!
