Have a stronger feeling that Gin-san would win in a fight,but with Kaname-san's skill set it might be a close one!

If you take into account Kaname's bankai (and his hollow powers) Gin wouldn't know what hit him

Considering Gin's Bankai ability (the one he used on Aizen) I don't think there is any doubt of who would win here. Also, Kaname wasn't all that powerful when he was Hollowfied - he lost his knack for fighting, because he could see again and he wasn't used to doing so. Besides, I doubt Gin would be so careless as to fall prey for Kaname's Bankai... Gin is an incredibly skilled fighter, who had Ichigo pinned down, even, and that was while he even used his Hollowfication.
