Now you're gone, I realize my প্রণয় for আপনি was so strong...I miss আপনি so much now you're gone...I'm waiting here দ্বারা the phone...Staring at your picture here on the wall....Now you're gone...
Brennan couldn't bring herself out of bed. It was 3 days since she had been to work, and over 6 since she'd seen Booth. She knew there wasn't a logical explanation, she shouldn't be worried about not seeing Booth - he wasn't dead after all. She pulled the covers over her head once আরো and tried to fall back to sleep, but she knew her attempts were pointless. Leaning over to her bedside table, caught a glimpse of the time. 10:07am. Maybe she should make a call in to see Booth, as he obviously wasn't going to be coming to her place anytime soon.
Seeley Booth was already on his way to the crime scene. In the passenger আসন পরবর্তি to him, the familiar face of Temperance Brennan had been replaced দ্বারা another. FBI Agent Julie Hurley. A little younger than Brennan, Julie was tall and slim with a pretty face. Her long blonde hair fell down her back in curls, and the side fringe framed her face perfectly.
"Seeley," she began, she only used his first name when she was flirting with him. "You look tired, much sleep last night?" She shot him a cheeky smile, hinting just a little. She was beautiful, but he wasn't biting. "Agent Booth, thank-you Agent Hurley. " His tone was bitter. "And, I got plenty of sleep last night." He tapped the blinker with excessive force, obviously angry about something. She placed her hand on his thigh, "Why are আপনি so..." she made a noise, halfway between a groan and a giggle "uptight today?". That was it. Booth cut across the median strip of ঘাস separating incoming and going traffic and skidded to a halt on the other side of the road. He got out of the car as Hurley unclipped her seatbelt and walked around the front of the car to open the passenger door. As she stepped out of the SUV he radioed headquarters. "This is Special Agent Seeley Booth, requesting squad car transfer for Agent Julie Hurley..." He gave their location and jumped back into the car. "Nice working with you, Agent Hurley." And he sped off back into the city centre of D.C., leaving Julie Hurley alone on the side of the road.
Booth had returned to his office and had just finished over 3 hours worth of paperwork and was a tad cranky. That was until he saw Brennan walk into his office. Handing him one of the two coffee cups in her hand she smiled. "Thought আপনি might like a little pick me up." She said. "I heard about the incident with your reassigned partner, but I see major flaws in your logic." Booth nearly sprayed the mouthful of coffee he just took across the room. "Flaws? Whats flaws?" She frowned at him, and ব্যক্ত "Well, for starters আপনি didn't come to see me once in the whole week. Not a call অথবা a visit অথবা message. আপনি could have been dead for all I knew!" Oh boy, he thought, not the whole death thing again. He stood up and tried to hug her, but she pulled away. "Bones," but she ignored him and walked out of his office. "Temperance!" He tried, running down the hall after her, "Temperenace!...Tempe! Please," he grabbed her arm and pulled her towards him. "The reason I haven't seen আপনি is, is because I've been busy pulling some strings and doing the paperwork to get আপনি back...Not just as an FBI consult, but..." he paused "But as my partner." He pulled a leather badge out from his pocket and handed it to her. As she opened it she saw the স্বর্ণ badge inside and a card. With her picture, it said: "Forensic Agent Temperance Brennan".
She felt a tear roll down her cheek. "Thankyou, Booth." He took her in his arms and kissed her. Infront of his office. He was sure people were watching, but he didn't care. He was back in his arms, where she belonged.
