Is this movie going to be based on the comic book with the same title?

Yes,it is based on the captain america spin-off written দ্বারা Ed Brubaker,though there might be alterations (like if he wears a mask অথবা not).i believe Ed will serve as a consultant and the Soldier/Widow connection might be made like in the comic..soo yeaa Bucky Barnes is back as the amnesiac bad guy the Winter Soldier :)
