There are too much differences between Phoebe and her character Cleo. When I saw some of Phoebe's photos from her real life, I was a bit shocked! I think you will agree with me that sometimes Phoebe's behaviour is not so good, but sometimes she looks like a really normal pearson.

defo noone can replace cleo, and yer she didnt have time to shoot season 3 of h2o cos she was filming for another movie
