-Ingredients :1 large চকোলেট pound loaf * black চেরি জ্যাম * 60ml Kirsch+ 60ml ব্র্যান্ডি * 700g drained black cherries
-Chocolate Custard:90g Dark chocolate,minimum 70% কোকো solids, chopped * 250ml দুধ * 250ml heavy cream *6 egg yolks *85g sugar *25g কোকো
