Am I crazy অথবা is God really talking to me?

Yes.

No your not crazy. But your also not "a God Whisper". God talks to all his children all the time. He tells আপনি উত্তর to প্রশ্ন and asks আপনি to pray for people.

One of weirdest thing He ever ask me to do, was pray for President Bill Clinton, when I was about 9 years old.
