Cowboy Thanksgiving (1900)

Well back in October 1888 my Great Grandma was three when her father decided they would emigrate to Canada. They went দ্বারা ship then দ্বারা oxen drawn bow শীর্ষ caravan to Winnipeg. They were there before the railroad. Unfortunately after a বছর the crops failed and they decided to go to New York they lived on Long Island but sadly her father died from complications of a shooting accident he was shot in the arm. RECIPE ONE: COWBOY FLAPJACKS

1 cup (4 ounces) of flour
1 egg
1 cup (1/2 pint) of দুধ
butter
lemon & sugar অথবা জ্যাম

1) Put flour in a large bowl.
2) Add egg and blend in well.
3) Pour in দুধ a little at a time and stir until mixture is smooth.
4) Melt মাখন in frying pan to cover the bottom and heat until steaming.
5) Pour just enough batter in pan to cover the bottom and cook until underside is golden brown.
6) Then flip over (brave cooks flip in the air) and cook the সেকেন্ড side until brown.
7) Add your favourite filling - জ্যাম or...
