Does anyone know of any good program for photos?

I use Photoimpact 12 that's a really good program to manipulate pictures, like this picture.

i've cloned Mac closer to Stella, but আপনি can also make it brighter and put text on it and give it a colour.

I would use Adobe Photoshop অথবা GIMP.
