David is way better than Matt. David was born to be the Doctor! He's right up there with Tom Baker.

Let's face it. David was an AWESOME doctor and after 4 years people haven't got bored of him and they still want to see him on the big screen. Yes he was ONE of the best. But Matt has something about him that makes him a doctor. He looks আরো alien like than david and is younger which goes well with him regenerating.

There is absolutely no comparison between David and Matt. Matt has nothing, absolutely nothing on David. David covers the whole emotional spectrum, while Matt just wavers somewhere in the middle. And this isn't even starting on the looks department.

I do prefer Tennant to Smith, yes. But even so, both do pale in comparison to Tom Baker. I was shown Baker's version of Who at a very young age, and I'm afraid he'll always be my favourite.
Mind, Tennant is my সেকেন্ড favourite.

I can't completely judge yet because we haven't seen much of Smith. But with that being ব্যক্ত I feel that Tennant was a much আরো dynamic Doctor. He showed every angle of the Doctors life in very full and rich ways. That is why Ten is still my one and only Doctor

In regards to both actor's portrayal of the Doctor, I do like David Tennant better. I feel like David brought আরো personality and charisma to the Doctor than Matt Smith has, but I have hopes for him. In regards to the actors themselves.. Yeah I still like David better :)

I do but it doesn't mean I don't think Matt Smith is great. He definitely deserves to be in David Tennant's (awesome chuck taylor) shoes. But David is amazing. It's pretty hard to শীর্ষ him. The bow tie and the elbow patch tweed স্যুইটস্‌ help Matt Smith, but David's still better.

I was disappointed when I heard he was leaving, and resented Matt Smith. I wasn't even going to watch the new series!
But I decided I would watch it because I thought I should give Matt Smith a chance. I'm glad I did, because I really like it!! In fact, Matt Smith has now progressed to be my সেকেন্ড favourite!! :D

David was a way better Matt smith cant play the doctor very well and David was funnier. the new episodes with Matt in them are kind of boring compared to the really good ones that David was in but Matt might get better as the season goes it would be hard to শীর্ষ David as th doctor

I truly believe that DT was the better actor of the doctor but MS fits the part better being kind of like a funky weird guy. But still DT is a much better actor and puts a lot আরো emotion in to his work than Matt does.

It must be ব্যক্ত that the new series of Doctor Who with Matt Smith is really good and Matt Smith is definitely bonkers enough for the Doctor's role.

David has the looks, he's smart, he's sexy and he is such an amazing actor! Any doubters of this my উপদেশ is to re-watch Doctor Who with David Tennant (Especially series 2 and 4)

Neither! I actually don't care for either one. Tom Baker is the best and definitive Doctor(knowledgeable Who অনুরাগী know this). Plus, besides Baker, I think Jon Pertwee, Patrick Troughton, and Sylvester McCoy were all better than Tennant and Smith too. Please watch the golden years from the Classic series. It blows away the modern series...which is a visual soap opera that has been dumbed down for a preteen girl audience.

I have nothing against Matt Smith, however I believe that as the Doctor David Tennant was better because he had আরো of a character.

I like both, actually. I can never bring myself to decide.
I also like Christopher as The Doctor.
And since some person above there won't stop yapping about Tom Baker...yes, I like Tom Baker as The Doctor too, he did a marvelous performance.
I think that all of the actors that have played The Doctor over the years had something of their own to add to the character. Most people seem to prefer the modern ones (Matt and David that is) and I can't blame them. A lot of people haven't seen the old series (I didn't see all of it myself, I've only seen যেভাবে খুশী episodes, one অথবা two of each of the old seasons) and who's got time to watch all 800 of them, anyway? I surely don't. Not that I don't want to, but I really don't have all this time to watch it (I might need a Tardis to be able to do that...).
I guess people will just stick with favoring the new ones, eh?

David Tennant's way of অভিনয় is full of life! Full of emotion and আপনি really get attached to the character. David beats Matt Smith in every episode besides even when the episode was not good at least David's exceptional অভিনয় skills made me want to watch it. But with Matt Smith I feel nothing and the episodes make no sense and seem crazy and out of the blue. Besides the fact that david is 10x hotter then Matt!!!

David, because he is a better Doctor & a much better actor. I don't hate Matt, I just don't like his Doctor. Ten had great range & a multifaceted character I don’t see in Matt, who I is আরো Mork from Ork than a Time Lord who was forced to destroy his home-world & his own family.

He seems wooden, almost cold-blooded, & only gives his back-story along with canon a patronizing & highly insulting nod. When he isn't wooden he's over the top. His প্রণয় affair with River is so lacking in verisimilitude it makes me ill. Matt's Doctor seems আরো like fanfiction than the actual show. It’s so stilted & unfeeling পরবর্তি to the former Doctors.

My issue is not that David left but that they replaced him with an actor that knew nothing about the character & admitted to going to fanfiction to get a feel for The Doctor. Hard to stomach, that’s what he ব্যক্ত he did.

When I watch David act I forget I'm watching an actor - a mark of genius. Matt? I see a seven বছর old role-play a তারকা Wars character without having watched তারকা wars.His Doctor is even constantly riffs on Ten's "Timey Wimey" with such vomitus as "sciencey-Wiency", "spacy-wacy" and "Humany-wumany". The rotten চেরি on শীর্ষ of this is to many he's physically unappealing with a Frankenstein/Easter Island head, chest which looks like an Auschwitz survivor & no eyebrows, vital to actors - an important tool with which to emote.

I know it sounds like I hate Matt. I don't. I simply feel that he was incredibly miscast. Again, I stress this point: my feelings about Matt have *nothing* to do with David, I would feel the same had David never been The Doctor!

I L.O.V.E Matt. He's geart. First I was so in প্রণয় with David that I hated Matt and I couldn't stand him and now after watching the new doctor's প্রদর্শনী I'm so in প্রণয় with Matt that I can't go back and watch David's episodes. I hate Matt Smith-he attempts David's way of portraying the Doctor but he just can't do it, for me. Plus, he is one ugly dude-I cannot think of a nicer way to put it, lamentably.
