It just seems to me like River changed them every time she felt like SHE wanted it to change. Changing the spot look should be a group decision, even if everyone likes it after it's been done.

Especially in this last change, it feels as though she changed everything to try and make us feel like she was in charge of everyone here, which she obviously isn't and never was.

I personally don't like the banner either, but it should be আরো up to আপনি guys since you're here আরো than me :)

To be honest, I think a ফোরাম would work better when deciding a new spot look, since with a forum, আপনি can জমা করুন things more, and aren't limited দ্বারা the fact that আপনি can only answer once. Also, if আপনি have an প্রতীকী AND নীতিবাণী idea, আপনি can't post them both on an answer, etc.
