winning a online debate...

ok, so i heard of the radio this morning a intruiging arguement: "how do আপনি know when you've won a online debate?" there were several people arguing this, and they seemed to have ideas of how to determine how to win a debate. অথবা more, how do আপনি tell wheather you've won a debate. they all thought different things, here are a few examples:
- আপনি know you've won a বিতর্ক when your opponent stops replying. (to me, that's stupid because on the internet, someone could be buzy, অথবা didn't check the place the বিতর্ক took place, অথবা was away অথবা their computer could of crashed etc...)
- আপনি know you've won a online বিতর্ক when আরো people back আপনি up than your opponent.
- আপনি know you've won a online বিতর্ক when you've made the majority of the rebuttals.
- আপনি know you've won a online বিতর্ক when আপনি change your opponents oppinions.
- no one "wins" a online debate.

what do আপনি think? how do আপনি know when you've won a online debate? please let me know আপনি oppinions, i'm pretty nuteral on this one. :)

When they say "I have to go now, but I'll be back", and when they come back, they don't continue, you've won because they fled.

When আপনি know someone has seen your response, but chooses not to reply, you've won.

When someone says "Okay, আপনি win", you've won.

When both parties agree to disagree, nobody wins.

When আপনি say something, wait a few মিনিট and don't get a response, and আপনি say "That's what I thought", আপনি lose for being an idiot.

When আপনি respond, and say "Take that!" অথবা "What do আপনি have to say about that, huh?!?" আপনি lose for অভিনয় like a loser.

interesting notion. especially the last part, another phrase i hate is "i told আপনি so"....especially when they didnt actually tell আপনি so. O.O

oddly enough, i'm pretty sure that was one of the arguments on the radio debate, "you know you've won if আপনি so happen to be the debating profit, cinders." they all agreed on that one. ;)
