To her credit, Lovato has been forthcoming about her battles, not shying away from the topic. In a chat with AOL, Lovato acknowledged that her issues are not uncommon and that so many girls feel as she did, regardless of being in the spotlight অথবা not. “I definitely had to reevaluate my life in every way possible and I had to consider not going back to অভিনয় and সঙ্গীত as an option,” Lovato admitted. “Ultimately, at the end of the day, my health and my state of mind is আরো important than any career.”
But after facing those terrifying thoughts and weighing her options, Lovato’s প্রণয় for সঙ্গীত made her realize she could not walk away — especially because of its cathartic, redemptive powers. She continued, “I thought, “Music is something that keeps me healthy and that has saved my life at one point, and I প্রণয় it and I’m not going to give it up.”
She cited the oft troubled actor Robert Downey, Jr. as an example of how to remain healthy and in প্রদর্শনী business at the same time. “He’s obviously dealt with a lot and he’s been able to maintain his sobriety and his career at the same time,” Lovato ব্যক্ত about the actor, who also enjoyed a career comeback. “I kind of look at him as an inspiration.
