Will Kristoff and Sven be related too?

according to this (no idea where their sources are) the movie will open up প্রদর্শিত হচ্ছে those 2 as kids. of course, this doesn't mean they're related, but might be friends, but it would be cool if they were brothers who ended up with the sisters.
