None of them are particularly scary, yet Aurora is the most mysterious so I guess that's as close as it comes?

I vote for Aurora, because of the scene in which she follows the green light..and i´ve seen pretty awesome fanvideos, which make her so damn scary.

In that scene where Maleficent has hypnotized her she scares me, she looks like a zombie to me and the way she walks is very zombielike, that's one of the reasons to why I find that scene scary

Also Jasmine and Rapunzel (she scares me in the end of the movie because she became so different from how she was before, before she was childish, but at that point she tries to fight against Mother Gothel)

Not only is she scary, Ursula is as well. Ariel is scary when she transforms into a human

Call me crazy, but when Snow White is so damned chipper about everything, she is somewhat scary....it's so unreal, I guess....

I love Aurora, but yeah the hypnotising scene honestly scares me so much - even now. I know it's not Aurora's fault, but she is so scary (but awesome) in that scene.
