Definitely Mulan. She went to war for her father, faced the Huns and knows how to handle hard circumstances. Merida and Poca are brave too, but I think Mulan deserves to be known as the bravest Disney Princess.

Mulan definitely faced higher odds. Disguised herself as a man despite knowing the penalty if she got caught, joined the army knowing she could die in battle to save her father, stayed with the army instead of going home in disgrace, where she would have been safe, to prove herself and make her family proud, charged the Hun army with a stolen cannon (knowing she could get killed by Shan Yu), went down-hill in the avalanche to save Shang, attached the rope to her horse when she fired the arrow back up despite likely knowing that abandoning the horse would decrease her own chance of survival if her comrades couldn't lift him (my mom brought that up once)...

*takes deep breath* Went BACK to the Imperial City once she realized the Huns were still alive, went into the Imperial Palace to save the Emperor, chose to cut the rope to keep Shan Yu away from the Emperor and citizens despite knowing she was trapping herself in the cage with the tiger, again saved Shang over herself when she drew Shan Yu's wrath toward her even though she could have let him kill Shang while she escaped, etc...

The girl has nerves of steel.

Mulan is winning? She's really brave (my second bravest), but this is just sick. Pocahontas is the bravest of all the Disney Princesses!
Merida is more fearless than brave.

Even Snow White is braver than Merida. Theres no bravery in her character at all.

Mulan may be brave, but the fact that Merida had the guts to even say all of that wrong she had, to say sorry which is something that I honestly have the hardest time ever doing. No matter how badly I mess, I have a pride issue in which my throat feels like it's closing and I can't BREATH if I even TRY to say sorry.

It's honestly terrible, my pride issue. If I'm wrong and I know it, if I'm sorry and I am conscience of it, I still forge on ahead with my stubbornness.

How is Pocahontas brave? I don't see it, all she does is tell her Dad not to kill the damn guy, not like her dad was gonna hurt her...I need someone to explain Poca's bravery

I like Merida so much better than Mulan, but just because Merida's movie is called "Brave" doesn't mean she's really that brave.

And Pocahontas too. I don't think Merida is brave at all.

I think Merida is brave, she stood up for what she believed in and broke tradition. But Mulan fought in a war and Pocahontas saved John from death.

No doubt she's the most brave. Pocahontas too. I don't think Merida is really brave like the other two (that's why the title of her movie is misused)
